How much time do I need to commit each day?
Most workouts take 30-45 minutes, and you'll need about 15-20 minutes for meal prep. Weekly check-ins are approximately one hour.
Can I join if I'm not in Lagos or Abuja?
Definitely! The entire program is accessible online. While in-person meetups happen in Lagos and Abuja, all coaching and community support is available virtually.
What if I can't keep up?
