Muscle Guarantee Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Retaur Muscle Guarantee Program ("Program") is a 6-month body transformation program combining supplements, coaching, personalized plans, and community support. The Premium Package includes a performance-based cashback incentive.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Health Status: By enrolling, you confirm you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in a resistance training and nutrition program. Consult your physician before starting if you have any health concerns.
  • Capacity: The Program is limited to 50 participants per cohort on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Start Date: Cohort 1 begins January 31, 2026.

3. Payment Terms

Premium Package (with Cashback Eligibility)

  • Full Payment: ₦400,000 (one-time)
  • Installment Plan: ₦135,000 every 2 months (3 payments total)

Standard Package (no Cashback)

  • Full Payment: ₦260,000 (one-time)
  • Installment Plan: ₦90,000 every 2 months (3 payments total)

Payment Requirements

  • All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (₦).
  • Installment payments are due on the same day every 2 months. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in removal from the Program without refund.
  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, card payment, or other methods specified at checkout.

4. What's Included

Your enrollment includes:

  • Supplements: 1.5kg total whey protein (3 x 500g) and 3 tubs of creatine (300g each), delivered free of charge every 2 months
  • Coaching: Six (6) monthly video coaching calls with a certified trainer
  • Personalized Plans: Body-type-specific meal plans using Nigerian foods and custom training program
  • Community Access: 24/7 support via dedicated WhatsApp group

5. Performance Cashback (Premium Package Only)

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the ₦200,000 cashback, you must:

  1. Complete a minimum of 5 out of 6 scheduled coaching calls
  2. Achieve a gain of 3cm or more on at least 2 of the 3 measured body parts (biceps, chest, thighs)
  3. Complete the full 6-month program duration
  4. Submit final measurements with your assigned trainer by the program end date

Measurement Protocol

  • Initial measurements will be recorded by your certified trainer during your first coaching call
  • Final measurements will be recorded during your final coaching call in Month 6
  • All measurements must be taken by your assigned Retaur-certified trainer to qualify for cashback
  • Self-reported measurements or measurements by external parties will not be accepted

Cashback Disbursement

  • If you meet all eligibility requirements, ₦200,000 will be transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of final measurement verification
  • Payment will be made to the same account used for program enrollment unless otherwise specified in writing

No Cashback Scenarios

You will not receive the ₦200,000 cashback if you:

  • Fail to attend at least 5 coaching calls
  • Do not achieve 3cm+ growth on at least 2 measured body parts
  • Withdraw from the Program before completion
  • Fail to complete final measurements with your trainer

6. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Follow the personalized meal and training plans provided by your coach
  • Attend scheduled coaching calls or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled time
  • Take supplements as directed
  • Communicate regularly with your coach and the community
  • Provide honest and accurate information about your training, nutrition, and progress
  • Complete initial and final measurements with your assigned trainer

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of the Program and the immediate delivery of supplements, meal plans, and coaching access, no refunds will be issued once the Program has started.

Pre-Start Cancellation

If you cancel your enrollment before January 31, 2026 (the Program start date), you will receive a full refund minus a ₦10,000 administrative processing fee.

Withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw after the Program begins, you will not receive any refund. You will retain access to all delivered supplements and materials up to the point of withdrawal, but will forfeit access to remaining coaching calls, future supplement deliveries, and any cashback eligibility.

8. Product Delivery

  • Supplements will be delivered every 2 months (at Month 1, Month 3, and Month 5)
  • Free delivery within Nigeria
  • Delivery address must be provided at enrollment and can be updated by contacting hello@retaur.com at least 7 days before scheduled delivery
  • You are responsible for receiving deliveries. Retaur is not liable for packages left unattended or stolen after confirmed delivery

9. Coaching & Communication

  • Coaching calls are scheduled monthly and must be attended via video call
  • Missed calls can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice; otherwise they count as missed
  • Your trainer reserves the right to remove participants from the WhatsApp community for disruptive behavior, spam, or violations of community guidelines

10. Program Modifications

Retaur reserves the right to:

  • Substitute supplements with comparable products of equal or greater value if original products become unavailable
  • Reassign participants to different coaches due to capacity or availability
  • Modify program structure or materials with reasonable notice, provided core program benefits remain intact

11. Liability & Health Disclaimers

  • Not Medical Advice: This Program provides fitness coaching and nutritional guidance but does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
  • Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that physical training carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained during program participation.
  • Individual Results: Results vary by individual. The 72% success rate referenced is based on historical data and does not guarantee your specific results.
  • Supplement Safety: Our supplements are manufactured to quality standards, but Retaur is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any negative reactions.

12. Intellectual Property

All meal plans, training programs, content, and materials provided as part of the Program are proprietary to Retaur and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the Program will be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
